So in the end I draw you Max at his death and limbo before turning into Grim Reaper in your story ovo
I might mess this pic up but I hope you like it X"D He is supposed to be falling into darkness but then I got carried with the effects

I almost made him looks like L from Death Note or spec's Jason I felt horrible I should practice on differing faces more

But I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PICTURE! XD
I can honestly say that I have never though of Max going into a limbo as he becomes the Grim Reaper; but now I'm totally lovin' this idea!
I also loved how you drew him looking a bit sickly and exhausted. It looks exactly like he's stuck in a limbo of sorts - time standing still and he's just floating there. Lost.
Even though this is supposed to be a depressing picture I really do love it for it's meaning; and it kind creates a bit of mystery like, 'what's gonna happen next?'
